I never cease to enjoy wandering through some of the classic cities of Europe.  I had never been to Prague before, but had heard how beautiful the city is.  So I was really pleased to be given the opportunity to visit earlier this year.  It did not disappoint.  Comparisons are made between Prague and Paris. As much as I enjoyed Prague, Paris remains firmly in my heart as my favorite European city. The Charles Bridge is the focal point of  the tourist side of the city. Even though it was not peek tourist season, the bridge was packed during the day.  To get views of an uncrowded bridge required getting up really early in the morning. Even then, there was a few people who had not yet gone to bed lurking on the bridge!  This city is really worth visiting.
