Morocco is a favorite destination, much loved by young travelers.  Certainly it is one of the most interesting North African countries.  I loved it from a photographic perspective, but found some behavior of local Moroccans frustrating. Almost every interaction that involved money had an element of “the hustle” in it.  You haggle with taxi drivers, young kids offering to show you the way to go, street vendors and, in my case, even airline officials.  There was a problem with my ticket on the way out of the country, so I had to buy a one way ticket to Paris. The  Royal Air Maroc official tried to rip me off.

All that said, the old city of Fez was fantastic.  This is a picture of one of their famous dye houses.
